Our Calling

ELITE specializes in facilitating and managing finance via Cash enhancement Programs. The Group further execute project management of designated humanitarian and socio-economic development projects aimed at rendering support and making a tangible contribution towards the attainment of the Millennium Development Goals adopted by World leaders more than a decade ago.

 

These Millennium Development Goals adopted by World leaders are ultimately the driving force for the facilitating financial services provided by Elite to an elect client group. The socio- economic goals of the Group such as eradication of poverty, sustainable economic growth, job creation and education, are the core areas of investment. ELITE also invests in projects that will render community upliftment and improvement of quality of life of people through projects such as renewable energy, water, sanitation, roads, health and affordable housing.

The ELITE Humanitarian and Socio-Economic Development (HSED) Program comprises of the following 4 main elements namely:

 

1. Sustainable economic growth and job creation through        development projects

2. Hunger eradication and poverty alleviation

3. Community Health and Social Care

4. Skills development and education
 

In order to ensure that communities are extricated from the yoke of poverty and unemployment, up-skilling of workers are vital in order to make them more employable in skilled and high skilled jobs. All ELITE Projects include comprehensive training programmes for the up skilling of unskilled workers, coaching and mentorship programmes.

Unskilled Training
Programmes

address the scarcity of sufficient and competent staff and operators in the construction industry in Africa. To ensure competence of all unskilled workers, entry level workers are trained in basic skills and thereby ensuring the enlarging of the pool of semi-skilled workers.        

Coaching Mentorship Programmes

comprising of Team leaders being appointed as Coaches for unskilled workers and as Mentors for semi-skilled workers to plan, oversee and monitor the skilling and up-skilling of workers for productive utilization and possible advancement, growth and development in same, similar or different job categories.

Formal Educational Support
Programmes

they comprise granting bursaries to qualifying workers to enrol for further education and training at registered education institutions obtaining formal qualification for courses successfully completed and ELITE providing practical exposure required by the formal curriculum.
